2. Adjustment of the central axis:

①To grind the small saw blade, turn the central axis to the side close to the grinding blade, and vice versa.

②Push the center shaft to the right end.

③ Install the saw blade, rotate the hand wheel, and preliminarily determine the position of the sawtooth grinding surface.

④Rotate the turntable to determine the angle of the sawtooth grinding surface.

⑤Rotate the table to determine the feed angle of the grinding blade. Generally, the angle between the grinding surface and the working surface of the grinding wheel is about 1°.

3. Adjustment of positioning combination:

Adjust the saw blade to the best sharpening state, rotate the positioning bracket and the positioning plate support, slightly adjust the positioning to a more suitable sawtooth heel and leave a grinding gap (self-determined), and tighten the fixing screw.

4. Adjust the center axis to the right to the above-mentioned grinding gap.

5. After checking that all parts are fixed, the saw blade should be smoothly fed and ground by hand.
